TPMS SERVICE

Tire Pressure Monitoring System diagnostics, sensor replacement & programming

Modern vehicles use TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) to monitor tire pressure and ensure safe driving. Faulty TPMS sensors can cause warning lights, incorrect pressure readings, failed inspections, and reduced driving safety.

We offer full TPMS diagnostics, cloning, programming, and matching using reliable Xhorse TPMS tools and sensors, ensuring compatibility with the majority of European vehicles.

We perform sensor services for four wheels only (standard passenger vehicles).

What TPMS does and why it matters?

TPMS is an electronic safety system that:

  • Monitors real-time tire pressure
  • Alerts the driver about low or uneven pressure
  • Protects the vehicle from tire damage
  • Improves fuel efficiency
  • Prevents dangerous blowouts
  • Helps maintain correct wheel balance and handling

A working TPMS system is mandatory on many newer vehicles and may affect vehicle inspection (Katsastus) results.

When TPMS service is needed?

You need TPMS diagnostics or replacement if:

  • You see “TPMS Fault”, “Tire Pressure System Error”, or similar dashboard warnings
  • One or more sensors do not transmit data
  • Winter/summer wheel change triggers TPMS errors
  • Sensors are older than 5–7 years (battery lifespan)
  • A sensor is damaged during tire change
  • Cloned or aftermarket sensors stop responding
  • Tire pressure values are incorrect or delayed

If the warning keeps returning after resetting pressure manually, the sensor is likely ° faulty.

What our TPMS service includes?

Depending on what your vehicle needs, our service may include:

✔ Full TPMS system diagnostics

  • Reading all sensors via OBD or wireless
  • Checking battery life of sensors
  • Reading sensor IDs, frequency, position, and health
  • Clearing TPMS-related fault codes
  • Checking TPMS receiver and antenna communication

✔ TPMS sensor replacement (4 wheels only)

We install and program Xhorse TPMS sensors, known for:

  • Stable communication
  • Compatibility with European brands
  • Long battery life
  • Reliable cloning features

✔ Sensor programming & cloning

Using Xhorse TPMS tools, we can:

  • Clone existing sensor IDs
  • Program new sensors to match original ones
  • Avoid re-learning procedures on many models

Cloning is ideal when:

  • You want instant plug-and-play
  • The original sensor is dead
  • You switch between winter & summer wheels

✔ Reset, relearn & calibration

  • Matching TPMS sensors to the vehicle
  • Relearn procedures through OBD
  • Calibration after tire rotation or sensor change
  • Clearing stored warning messages

Why choose Xhorse TPMS?

We use Xhorse TPMS sensors and programming tools, because:

  • They work reliably with most European vehicles (VAG, BMW, Mercedes, Ford, Peugeot, Toyota, etc.)
  • They support cloning (copy existing IDs)
  • They provide stable wireless communication
  • They are durable and cost-effective
  • Batteries last typically 5–7 years
  • Programming is fast and accurate

This ensures the job is done quickly, correctly, and without repeated warning lights.

Why professional TPMS service is important?

Incorrect TPMS installation, failed cloning, or cheap universal sensors can cause:

  • Constant TPMS warnings
  • Incorrect tire readings
  • Failed inspection
  • Dangerous driving conditions
  • Increased tire wear
  • Receiver overload issues in some car models

Professional tools ensure:

  • Correct sensor ID
  • Correct frequency (315–433 MHz depending on car)
  • Correct relearn procedure
  • Safe and accurate system operation

Safety, performance & fuel economy benefits

A properly working TPMS system helps:

  • Reduce fuel consumption
  • Extend tire lifespan
  • Prevent blowouts
  • Improve handling & stability
  • Maintain safe braking performance

Even a 0.5 bar difference affects vehicle safety and running cost.

TPMS issues we can fix?

  • TPMS light stays on
  • One or more sensors not detected
  • Incorrect tire pressure values
  • Slow or delayed sensor readings
  • “System Fault” messages
  • Problems after tire change
  • Issues caused by battery failure inside the sensor

If you’re unsure what the problem is — we’ll diagnose it first.

Service availability

  • Available daily 09:00–21:00
  • Same-day service when we are free
  • On-site TPMS diagnostics possible
  • Serving the Kellokoski / Uusimaa region
