LVS SERVER LICENSE EXTENSION – 1 YEAR

The LVS server license is valid for one year and can be extended annually.
Extending the license ensures continued access to online services, updates, and newly supported vehicles.

What happens if you do NOT extend the license?

Your diagnostic device will NOT stop working.

You will still be able to:

• Perform diagnostics on already supported vehicles
• Read and clear fault codes
• Use existing service functions
• Work offline on vehicles and ECUs already available on your version

However, without an active license extension, you will miss the following:

• ❌ No access to new vehicle models
• ❌ No access to new ECUs and modules
• ❌ No new coding or adaptation functions
• ❌ No online features requiring server access
  
• ❌ No database and function updates

This means the tool remains usable, but does not evolve with newer cars and systems.

Why extending the license is recommended?

Modern vehicles change rapidly. New ECUs, security layers, and coding requirements are added constantly.
