We offer a remote conversion solution, allowing you to upgrade your compatible Launch VCI to LVS Servers directly at home or in your workshop.

How the process works?

Instead of sending us files first, we follow a simple and safe procedure:

1️⃣ Flash the VCI using the correct programmer

You convert the VCI using the required hardware tool (see below).

2️⃣ We activate ONE test vehicle model

After flashing, we open access to one diagnostic model only.

You test:

• Full system scan
• Fault reading
• Basic functions

If diagnostics communicate correctly → everything is confirmed working.

3️⃣ Full access is activated

Once confirmed, we open your full LVS account with complete access.

No unnecessary file transfers.
No complicated verification loops.
Simple functional confirmation.

REQUIRED PROGRAMMER TOOLS

Different VCIs require different programmers.

For DBSCar 5 / DBSCar 7 / ThinkDiag / Ediag Plus VCIs:

You need:

✔ J-Link V9 programmer

Used for safe firmware writing on these models.

For DS201 / DS401 VCIs:

You need:

✔ ST-Link (V2 or compatible)

Used for flashing MCU on these boards.

If you are unsure which VCI version you have —
